Forever Plaid is one of the most popular and successful musicals in recent memory. This deliciously fun revue is chock-full of classic barbershop quartet harmonies and pitch-perfect melodies!

Once upon a time, there were four guys (Sparky, Smudge, Jinx and Frankie) who discovered that they shared a love for music and then got together to become their idols – The Four Freshman, The Hi-Lo’s and The Crew Cuts. Rehearsing in the basement of Smudge’s family’s plumbing supply company, they became “Forever Plaid”. On the way to their first big gig, the “Plaids” are broadsided by a school bus and killed instantly. It is at the moment when their careers and lives end that the story of Forever Plaid begins....

Singing in close harmony, squabbling boyishly over the smallest intonations and executing their charmingly outlandish choreography with overzealous precision, the “Plaids” are a guaranteed smash, with a program of beloved songs and delightful patter that keeps audiences rolling in the aisles when they’re not humming along to some of the great nostalgic pop hits of the 1950s.

What to prepare? 32 bars of a song in the style of show. A speaker will be provided to play your karaoke track. Also bring any conflicts you have as well to list on conflict sheet.

NTA Stage Teens Auditions for Murder at the Banquet

WHEN: Sunday, OCTOBER 20TH 4:30-5:30pm

This lighthearted and humorous send-up of famous detectives dishes out a bountiful feast of wisecracks seasoned with physical comedy! The International Association of Mystery Solvers is hosting an awards banquet for the ’world’s greatest detectives.’ As Foster Holmes, Sherlock’s descendant, steps up beside the host to speak, Jenny Watson bursts in. She is protesting her ancestor’s role as Sherlock’s sidekick! Alas, the lights go out, and, when they return, the banquet’s host is dead and the prize money is missing. This interactive Dinner Theatre will be a new challenge and experience for our young actors and we can't wait for this new exciting experience.

NO prep needed for auditions - it will be readings and improvisation

Rehearsals Sunday 4:30 when called with a break for Frozen and holidays until Tech week

Performances- March 13th & 14th.

Stage Teens is an intensive educational learn by doing program. If cast- there is a $155 registration fee. This program is for High school-College Age students.
